OVER THE EDGE (2024)
Physical and object performance about overcoming fear.
Fear is a natural reaction, which protects us against danger. It doesn’t always work as it should, however. And it’s not always justified. The same goes for restrictions. We can arm ourselves with caution, but neither risks nor fear can be entirely avoided. The question is what we are going to do about them. Whether we get paralysed and bound or we learn to face them.
Production bordering on object, physical and documentary theatre OVER THE EDGE moves on the edge of courage and recklessness, obedience and breaking restrictions, sometimes a little beyond the edge. It explores the limits of our fear and the consequences of going beyond them.
