Salary conditions (gross)
5 EUR/hour
Remuneration is determined according to Act No. 553/2003 Coll. on the remuneration of certain employees in the performance of work in the public interest and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws – pay grade 2, i.e. from 5 EUR. More information about salary will be provided during the interview.
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the assigned areas of the theatre (stage, auditorium, offices, corridors, sanitary facilities, and common areas).
- Sweeps, vacuums, and washes floors in designated parts of the building.
- Cleans and polishes glass surfaces – windows, doors, showcases, mirrors, and other glass parts.
- Cleans and disinfects sanitary and hygiene areas, replenishes hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.).
- Empties waste bins and ensures waste is taken to designated collection points.
- Dusts furniture, lamps, window sills, and other surfaces.
- Performs periodic or seasonal cleaning (carpet cleaning, window washing, general post-event cleaning).
- Cooperates with other staff to ensure the cleanliness and representative appearance of the theatre premises.
- Complies with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations, fire protection (FP), and rules for handling cleaning and disinfecting products.
Requirements for the candidate
Education:
- Primary or secondary education (any field).
Experience:
- Experience in cleaning is welcome but not required.
- Experience cleaning cultural, administrative, or public spaces is an advantage.
Personal skills and competencies:
- Reliability, responsibility, and a sense of order.
- Careful and precise approach to work.
- Ability to organize work independently.
- Discretion and polite behavior.
